INDICATION

LuciBren is indicated for the treatment of non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (NCFB) in adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.

It is used to reduce pulmonary exacerbations and improve clinical outcomes in patients with chronic airway inflammation associated with bronchiectasis.

LuciBren acts as a dipeptidyl peptidase-1 (DPP-1) inhibitor, helping to reduce neutrophil activation and airway damage, thereby contributing to better disease control.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Recommended Dosage:

• 10 mg orally once daily or

• 25 mg orally once daily, with or without food

Missed Dose:

• If a dose is missed, take the next dose at the regular time.

• Do not double the dose to make up for the missed dose.

DOSAGE FORM AND STRENGTH

Tablets: 10 mg, brownish red, round, film-coated tablets debossed with “Luci” on one side.

Tablets: 25 mg, grey, round, film-coated tablets debossed with “Lucius” on one side.

STORAGE

Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F); excursions permitted between 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F).

Keep out of reach of children.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

• Dermatologic adverse reactions: Rash, dry skin, and hyperkeratosis may occur. Monitor and evaluate if severe.
• Gingival and periodontal reactions: Patients should maintain good oral hygiene and undergo regular dental checkups.
• Live attenuated vaccines: Avoid use during treatment due to potential reduced vaccine effectiveness.
