INDICATION

LuciCeno is indicated for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in adult patients.

DOSAGE AND USE

• LuciCeno is administered orally once daily, with or without food.
• Initiate treatment at 12.5 mg once daily and titrate gradually as directed by the physician.
• Tablets may be swallowed whole or crushed and mixed with water for oral or nasogastric administration.
• If treatment is discontinued, the dosage should be gradually reduced over at least 2 weeks, unless safety concerns require abrupt withdrawal.

DOSAGE FORM AND STRENGTH

Tablets: 12.5 mg, white, round, film-coated tablets debossed with “Lus” on one side.

STORAGE

Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F); excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F).
Keep medicine out of the reach of children.

WARNING AND PRECAUTION

To be sold by retail on the prescription of a registered physician only, and as directed by the
physician.
Serious hypersensitivity reactions, including DRESS (Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and
Systemic Symptoms), may occur—especially with rapid titration.
LuciCeno may cause QT interval shortening; it is contraindicated in patients with Familial
Short QT syndrome.
Monitor patients for suicidal thoughts or behavior.
Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Hypersensitivity to cenobamate or any of the excipients.
Familial Short QT syndrome.
