INDICATION

LuciAcor is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with cardiomyopathy of wild-type or
variant transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) to reduce cardiovascular death and
cardiovascular-related hospitalization.

DOSAGE AND USE

Recommended Dosage:

• 712 mg orally twice daily (administered as two 356 mg tablets), with or without food.
• Tablets should be swallowed whole and must not be cut, crushed, or chewed.

DOSAGE FORM AND STRENGTH

Tablets: 356 mg, white, oval, film-coated tablets debossed with “Lucius” on one side.

STORAGE

Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F); excursions permitted between 15°C to 30°C (59°F to
86°F).
Keep medicine out of the reach of children.

WARNING AND PRECAUTION

For use only under the supervision of a registered physician.

Monitor renal function, as treatment initiation may cause an increase in serum
creatinine and a decrease in eGFR.

Avoid concomitant use with UGT inducers and strong CYP3A inducers.

DRUG INTERACTIONS

Avoid use with UGT inducers and strong CYP3A inducers.

Use caution when co-administered with sensitive CYP2C9 substrates; monitor for
increased exposure.

None.
