COMPOSITION:

Each LuciMava capsule contains Mavacamten ………………….2.5mg.

INDICATIONS

LuciMava is a cardiac myosin inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adults with symptomatic New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II-III obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) to improve functional capacity and symptoms.

DOSAGE AND USE:

The recommended starting dose is 5 mg orally once daily without regard to food; allowable subsequent doses with titration are 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg orally once daily. The maximum recommended dose is 15 mg orally once daily.Refer the full Prescribing information for detail instructions.

Capsules should be swallowed whole & not chewed or crushed.

STORAGE:

In a dry place and store at 20℃ to 25℃.
