Nirogacestat 50mg

INDICATION:

LuciNiro is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with progressing desmoid tumors who require systemic treatment.

DOSAGE AND USE:

• Recommended dosage: 150 mg orally twice daily (three 50 mg tablets per dose).

• Continue treatment until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

• May be taken with or without food.

• Swallow tablets whole; do not break, crush, or chew.

• If a dose is missed or the patient vomits, take the next dose at the scheduled time (do not double the dose).

• For severe or persistent adverse reactions, treatment may be interrupted and resumed at a reduced dose of 100 mg twice daily, or discontinued if necessary.

DOSAGE FORM AND STRENGTH:

• Tablets: 50 mg, round, orange, film-coated, debossed with “Lus” on one side.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

• None identified.

STORAGE:

• Store in a dry place at 20°C to 25°C.
